Job Description
- Lead and manage complex projects including scope definition planning and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans timelines and budgets and ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives requirements and success criteria.
- Lead crossfunctional project teams providing direction guidance and support to team members.
- Identify and mitigate project risks issues and dependencies and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Monitor project progress and performance and communicate updates to stakeholders including senior management.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment promoting open communication knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with project management best practices methodologies and standards.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients addressing inquiries resolving issues and
- managing expectations.
- Prepare and present project status reports including key metrics milestones and financials to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field.
- Completion of PMP is preferred.
- Proven experience of 10 years as a Project Manager with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- 5 years of prior experience working with a consultancy company or with a service company.
- Should possess considerable experience with presales & resource management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project JIRA) and Microsoft Office Suite.
