Profile Requirements:

  • Experience
  • Minimum 2.5 years in a real estate administrative or support role (preferred)
  • Skills
  • Strong data entry and organizational abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Technical Proficiency
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Experience using online listing platforms such as Domain and
  • Communication
  • Preferred communication channel for workrelated phone calls: WhatsApp

Core responsibilities:

  • Data Entry for Form 6: Accurately enter property and client details into required documentation and systems.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads listings and client communications.
  • Listing Presentation Drafting & Admin: Prepare listing presentations with supporting documentation images and marketing details.
  • Online Postings: Upload and manage property listings across digital platforms ensuring descriptions and images are aligned with company standards and branding guidelines.
  • Appointment Reminders: Send timely reminders and updates for internal and external appointments.
  • Vendor FollowUps: Coordinate and follow up with vendors to ensure timely responses and smooth operations.

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
