Job Description

The Project Systems Trainer will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of a largescale system change medEbridge within the organisation.

This position is responsible for designing developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure all employees are proficient in the new system.

This is a parttime role 3 days a week.


Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and facilitation with the ability to engage and support learners at all levels. Also you will have:

  • Experience with instructional design or a related field.
  • Experience with largescale system implementations or change management projects.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Ability to adapt approach to ensure ongoing business and stakeholder needs are met.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs preferably in a corporate or technical environment.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using elearning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Desirable

  • Experience working in an agile project team or in a project environment;
  • Experience with system rollout;
  • Specifically delivering multifaceted learning modes
    • Elearn videos work instructions etc.
  • Must be skilled at training delivery ideal if you have experience rolling out training to clinicians
  • L&D background understand and experienced in adult learning principles.
  • Qualifications in training and assessment are highly regarded
  • Understanding of / experience in an allied health or NDIS setting
