Under general supervision and reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations the Financial and Operations Lead Analyst (UFA) provides primary support for the fiscal and administrative operations of the College of Health and Human Development (CHHD). The incumbent utilizes independent judgement in the of administrative and analytic duties anticipates need and take initiative to suggest new and efficient solutions to emerging issues.
- Monitors and analyzes all college funds including Foundation and The University Corporation (TUC) to ensure annual fiscal solvency.
- Assist with the preparation of the college budget process budget transfers and reconcile budget allocations.
- Serves as a lead to college staff with fiscal responsibilities by providing extensive training provides reconciliation tools reviews monthly reconciliation and providing feedback to the staff and department chairs; serves as the college liaison with the Office of Academic Resources and Planning and Administration and Finance and all matters related to the fiscal operations of the College.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
