Job Description
What You ll Do
- Financial Strategy & Planning:
Lead the development of annual budgets forecasts and longrange financial plans. Translate business goals into financial targets and support datadriven decisionmaking. - Reporting & Analysis:
Deliver accurate monthly quarterly and yearend financial reports. Provide actionable insights on revenue costs margins and performance trends. - Compliance:
Ensure timely and accurate accounting in accordance with local GAAP/IFRS. Manage audits tax filings and regulatory compliance. - Cash Flow & Working Capital:
Monitor cash flow working capital and liquidity. Optimize treasury functions credit control and vendor payment cycles. - Business Partnering:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales operations and supply chain to support strategic initiatives and cost optimization. - Team Leadership:
Lead and develop the finance team. Foster a culture of accountability continuous improvement and high performance.

Requirements
Who You Are
6 years of progressive finance experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role ideally in FMCG or a related fastpaced industry.
Deep knowledge of accounting principles financial modeling and commercial finance.
Handson experience managing audits tax compliance and ERP systems.
A collaborative leader who thrives in crossfunctional environments and builds highperforming teams.
High attention to detail integrity and a solutionoriented mindset.
What You Bring
A Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA CA or MBA is highly preferred.
Proven track record in budgeting cost control financial analysis and process improvement.
Excellent Excel and ERP (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite) proficiency.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial information to nonfinancial stakeholders.
