About the Role
Come shape the future of Twitch! Twitch is a leading distributor of live content worldwide and we are looking for a Manager to join our Strategy & Operations team.
The Strategy & Operations team is responsible for strategic planning performance tracking and adhoc projects and analyses across our business. The team works across various business units and is core to the decisionmaking and success of Twitch. As a member of the team you will develop strategies recommendations and insights to influence Twitchs future.
You have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business product and technical challenges. You can dig into details keep the big picture in mind work collaboratively in a high performing team and communicate compelling insights and recommendations. A passion for problem solving with a keen sense of ownership initiative drive and spiness is a must.
You will report to our Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations based in our San Francisco CA office.
You Will
Uncover business problems and opportunities ideate on potential solutions and structure business cases to evaluate them
Create strategic recommendations through synthesis of data internal and external research analysis and hypothesis testing
Manage crossfunctional projects and effectively collaborate with teams across all of Twitchs business units (e.g. gotomarket product finance etc.
Own analysis and modeling of key strategic projects
Design monitor and analyze business reports and performance tracking dashboards
Present work build consensus and effectively influence seniorlevel stakeholders
Lead and contribute to business plans longterm strategies resource allocation and goal setting
Work with crossfunctional analysts to make sure the right data is being collected to answer the right questions

35 years of experience in management consulting corporate strategy investment banking and / or business operations
Ability to drive action around complex business problems in a prompt efficient manner with minimal direction and little oversight on a daytoday basis
Ability to process large information sets with a strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skillset (e.g. Excel modeling issue prioritization strategic framing)
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Understanding of financial P&Ls
Desire to succeed in a demanding innovative and entrepreneurial environment
Interest and passion for content and digital entertainment
5 years of experience in management consulting corporate strategy investment banking and / or business operations
Familiarity with digital content video streaming or OTT
Experience writing SQL queries

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $83100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $177800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
