THE OPPORTUNITY:
Were looking for a strategic peoplefirst Sales Manager to lead our growing Blue 84 Licensed division a nationally recognized leader in licensed apparel headwear and accessories. Youll guide a large team of sales reps drive growth strategy and expand our presence in the licensed retail space primarily focused on college accounts while making sure every rep partner and campus store gets the WOW Our Customers experience were known for.
From topselling Blue 84 tees to Zephyr headwear including those hotmarket game day moments we deliver what moves season after season. We have the product mix creative support and flexibility to move fast and make it happen.

A Typical Day (what youll do) Lead Motivate Collaborate Drive Results
No two days look the same (how boring would that be!. Your focus will be on leading people growing the business and staying plugged into what our partners need. Youll lead strategy and build relationships with independent schools college retailers and key partners growing our brand and expanding our reach. Youll mentor reps to exceed goals and solve challenges creatively living out our value of Meritocracy by helping your team succeed and grow. Youll recruit onboard and retain top sales talent refining territories and performance metrics in the spirit of Continuous Improvement. Working crossfunctionally with Licensed Sales Business Marketing and Line Development youll align on key initiatives and execute hotmarket events because TEAM is how we win. Youll foster longterm partnerships with reps buyers and store owners to consistently WOW Our Customers and youll represent the brand at trade shows campus visits and industry events. Sales meetings You lead those too bringing the energy insights and inspiration that keep our team and our business moving forward.
