Job Description
At Fluke Reliabilitys Professional Services we are passioned to support customers globally in maximizing uptime of their rotating machinery through Condition Monitoring.
In your role as Condition Monitoring Technician you will have primary focus on delivering high quality technical Services focused on vibration data collection and analysis. As a critical piece in customers Reliability & Condition Monitoring program you will leverage inhouse technology of PRUFTECHNIK and Azima DLI to evaluate machine conditions and provide actionable countermeasures. You will be working in (and closely with) a dynamic team of technical experts and you will deliver high quality Services.
Responsibilities
- Perform data acquisition at rotating machinery on daily basis scheduled and event driven.
- Evaluate machine conditions using professional vibration analysis techniques.
- Ensure intime provision of highquality reporting according to project specific requirements.
- Configure and monitor data acquisition systems with a mindset of a continuous improvement.
- Maintain customer relationships with a positive approach.
Experience
- High school diploma
- Minimum 3 years of strong experience in reliability on rotating machinery and vibration data analysis.
- ISO 184362 certification of advantage.
Personal Skills
- Technical enthusiast with strong analytical skills for rotating machinery and founded knowledge in Reliability techniques.
- Strong skills in report writing with absolute focus on the quality of work.
- Absolut team player.
