Are you ready to lead a team with purpose to protect biodiversity and prevent environmental harm
Were seeking to appoint a Team Leader Early Change Monitoring to lead a team to deliver the Early Change Monitoring Program; a state-wide program that uses satellite imagery to detect vegetation clearing and enable early intervention with landholders.
Using satellite imagery and early detection tools your team will assess land clearing and promote voluntary compliance. Youll help shape strategy drive innovation and collaborate across teams to deliver outcomes that matter.

Youll be comfortable trying new approaches learning from experience and adjusting course when needed. This role calls for someone whos not only strategic and forward-thinking but also brave enough to challenge the status quo and lead with purpose in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Youll play a key role in shaping the future of the Early Change Monitoring Program by developing strategies and implementing projects that increase landholder engagement and help the program reach its full potential.

DCCEEW also ensures sustainable management of water resources across the state to support the environment communities and industry.
