An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Desktop Technician to join a dynamic and fastpaced IT environment on behalf of our client. This is your chance to bring your expertise to a role that truly makes an impact across an entire organisation.
The successful candidate will be the first line of defence for IT issues delivering prompt highquality support to endusers and ensuring seamless operation of desktop laptop and tablet systems. With a strong emphasis on service excellence and security this role will see you managing everything from hardware maintenance to user training and collaborating with both internal teams and external vendors.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years experience in desktop support within a medium to large organisation
- Proficient in Windows macOS and/or Linux environments
- Skilled in troubleshooting hardware software and basic network issues
- Strong communication multitasking and problemsolving abilities
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite imaging email configuration and ITSM systems
- Certifications such as CompTIA A or MCDST are advantageous
