Role Overview: What Youll Be Doing
In this role Wheels Up is looking for a worldclass Aircraft Materials Supervisor in Erlanger KY to join our team of dedicated and passionate professionals fueled by the most powerful brand in private aviation as we continue our mission of democratizing the private aviation space through cuttingedge technology and innovative product and service offerings.
Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Supervise Materials personnel and activities in the daytoday tasks of the materials operation.
- Maintain high service levels to internal/external customersregardingStockroom operational hours service window response inventory availabilityetc..
- Procurement ofaircraftparts components and materials to support Station operations.
- Coordinate with and communicatetoMaintenance Control Technicians AOMs Maintenance Planning Suppliersetc. on the status of parts orders including delivery/tracking information.
- Update andmaintaininventory tracking program.
- Maintain stockroom(s) organization tohigh standards.
- Perform perpetual and regularly scheduled cycle counts of inventory.
- Responsible for the quick andtimelyreceiving packaging and shipping of parts and materials.
- Responsible for receiving inspections of incoming inventoryin accordance withcompany General Maintenance Manual.
- Responsible for the efficient traffic of our shipments to get todestinationin the quickest and most efficient method.
- Identify classify and handle all ITAR shipmentsin accordance withCompany Procedures and US Government regulations.
- Identify classify and handle all hazardous material shipmentsin accordance withCompany Procedures and CFR regulations.
- Monitor and track exchange cores and promptly return to vendor.
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table: Education & Certification Requirements
Werelooking for someone who has auniquemix of experience skills and passion for what we do:
- High School diploma or GEDrequired
- 5 years supervisory experience
- Effective verbal telephone written and interpersonal communication skillsrequired
- Provenstrong communication negotiation analytical and project/program management skillsrequired

While not mandatory here are someadditionalthings that would make you stand out:
- 5 years industry experience preferred
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent computer skills
Physical Requirements
We want to make sureyourefully equipped for look at any physical requirements needed for this role:
- Must be willing to work in an environment that is subject to changing climate conditions and moderate noise levels
- Must be able to lift 70 lbs. bend stand and squat for extended periods of time

What We Offer: Salary Range & Benefits
At Wheels Up we believe in fair compensation based on experience skills and qualifications. The salary for this role ranges from $61000/Yr. to $93000/Yr. depending on a variety of factors. We dont typically start individuals at the top of the salary range; your place within the range is based on what you bring to the table. Additionally you may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program which rewards individual and organizational performance.
