Youll be the tech teams frontline hero dealing with software systems support tickets and the occasional its not working but I dont know what isnt working. Youll test features update user guides run trainings and somehow still have enough energy to smile when someone calls the mouse a clicker.
Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years in support and manual software testing (bonus if you didnt throw your keyboard once)
Matric (because its the law)
Communication skills so strong you can explain WiFi to your gran and teach someone in Bangladesh how to submit a return order
Youre cool with leading training sessionsand even cooler when the projector doesnt work
A natural problemsolver with ninja prioritization skills
Selforganizing and calm in the face of URGENT: Entire system is down! messages (that turn out to be a cable unplugged)
Qualification:Minimum of Matric equivalence
Extra points if youve written user guides that didnt cause existential dread
