The Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Services (CREW) organization provides the best in class experience to the Marvell Workforce by integrating space and technology to enable every individual to feel engaged collaborate and get their job done; while also ensuring that everyones safety and health is protected and the impact to environment is minimized to create the most sustainable operations.

What You Can Expect

    The Regional EHS Manager will work under the direction of the Marvell Global Director of EHS as part of the Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Services Team to support the region in which they are hired. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Developing and executing EHS strategies and solutions to support a variety of work styles across various workplace settings.

    • Collaborating crossfunctionally to provide EHS expertise to businesscritical programs projects and initiatives.

    • Ensuring Marvell meets all EHS regulatory compliance requirements and industry best practices both proactively and through an audit program under your management.

    • Supporting and promoting implementation of Marvells global EHS policies and programs across the region and augmenting them with country regional and local policies and procedures where needed for:

      • Injury and Illness Prevention

      • Emergency Preparedness and Response

      • Fire Prevention

      • Ergonomics

      • Laboratory Safety

      • Chemical Hazard Communication

      • Regulated Waste Management

    • Supporting Marvells operational sustainability initiatives related to Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions energy and waste reduction which includes ongoing tracking collection and compilation of environmental data collection for sites within region.

    • Supporting the implementation of the corporate EHS Management System (EHSMS) within the region.

    • Monitoring and regularly reporting on regional EHS performance against EHS Key Performance Indicators goals and objectives.

    • Developing and delivering customized EHS training to enhance employee awareness and adherence to EHS requirements (beyond existing computerbased EHS trainings).

    • Establishing and maintaining relationships with relevant regulatory bodies and local authorities.

    • Managing local resources such as external EHS consultants and specialists as appropriate.

    What Were Looking For

    We are looking for a wellrounded passionate Environmental Health Safety and Sustainability (EHS) professional who will excel in a new role heading EHS for Marvells sites in the North America Region based in Santa Clara California. This position will provide EHS expertise and support to a large team of professionals including our country regional and site leaders and business partners with responsibilities for EHS legal compliance and sustainability across Marvells regional offices. The role reports to our Global Director of EHS based in Santa Clara and will have a strong matrixed relationship with colleagues within the region. Qualifications include:

    • Bachelors degree (e.g. Health Safety and Environmental Management Occupational Health and Safety). Masters degree a plus.

    • Certification in Health and Safety (e.g. ASP CSP) desired.

    • 810 years of relevant work experience preferably in hightech industries.

    • Strong knowledge of applicable country regional and local EHS regulations and standards.

    • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.

    • Proven ability to lead and influence crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced dynamic workplace.

    • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and address risks proactively and effectively with a sense of urgency.

    • Ability to travel to sites within the region 25.

    • Management systems experience (ISO 14001 ISO 45001 a plus.

    Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

    $ per annum

    The successful candidates starting base pay will be determined based on jobrelated skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
