Work Schedule:

This is a full time 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled MondayFriday with varying hours between 6:00 AM 11:00 PM including one weekend a month and some holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

The surgical team at UW Health performs more than 12500 inpatient and 8000 outpatient and 5000 pediatric inpatient/outpatient procedures each year. Their expertise spans 17 medical specialties. Bring your administrative expertise to help support this amazing surgical team!

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:

  • Work in the Inpatient Operating Room (OR).
  • Be responsible for daily billing and reconciling.
  • Order and maintain supplies for the department.
  • Answer incoming calls.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Associates Degree in Business Administration Healthcare or related field Preferred
Work Experience
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative support role Required
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative support function Preferred
  • Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
