Job Description
Multisite HVAC Maintenance Technician needed to assist the maintenance staff in a wide variety of assignments at several local apartment communities. Youll float between locations as needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Complete a broad range of preventative maintenance and repairs
- Respond to work orders
- Prepare vacant suites for presentations and moveins
- Maintain buildings interior and exterior grounds upkeep
- All other duties as assigned
Experience in residential maintenance strongly preferred. You should have basic plumbing electrical and strong HVAC skills with a solid mechanical aptitude enjoy handson assignments and possess solid service skills. Teamwork troubleshooting and customer service skills required. No on call responsibilities.
