Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Field Services Technician I is managed by the Service Desk Manager and works under the direction of the Service Desk Leads.
- Receives technical direction and support from the Field Services Manager and Field Services Leads.
- Provides remote phone support in troubleshooting incidents with hardware software and printing in a Windows domain environment.
- Serves as a resource to Service Desk Analysts to help increase first call resolution of customer issues.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma. Two years of information technology experience supporting users with hardware software and printing issues. A Certification preferred or another Information Services related Certification.
