Job Description
Job Description: The Track and Field Coach will lead the overall operation of the boys and girls track and field programs. Responsibilities include designing and implementing training regimens for various events (sprints distance jumps throws etc. organizing meets maintaining equipment and promoting a culture of hard work and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Broad knowledge of track and field events and the ability to coach multiple disciplines
- Prior experience coaching or competing in track and field
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- CPR/First Aid and coaching certification preferred
- Ability to foster teamwork and discipline in a diverse group of athletes
