You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailA wellestablished ABA company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales & Field Marketing to oversee the sales operations of its clinics across the U.S. In this role you will manage a team of field marketers create and implement a growth plan and train sales teams to drive success. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills a proven track record in sales and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple locations.
Responsibilities Include:
Sales Leadership & Strategy:
Oversee the sales efforts for ABA clinics across the United States ensuring revenue growth and market expansion.
Develop and implement a comprehensive growth plan for the sales teams.
Team Management & Training:
Manage and mentor field marketers providing training and development to optimize performance.
Ensure teams are aligned with company goals and sales strategies.
Client & Market Engagement:
Identify new business opportunities and expand client relationships across various clinics.
Collaborate with clinic leaders to understand local market dynamics and create targeted sales strategies.
Travel & Field Support:
Willingness to travel throughout the U.S. to visit clinics and support field marketing efforts.
Attend corporate office in New Jersey twice a month for team collaboration and meetings.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor sales performance track key metrics and provide reports to senior leadership.
Ensure marketing and sales strategies align with company objectives and customer needs.
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales leadership preferably in the ABA or homecare industry.
Strong experience in field marketing and managing remote sales teams.
Ability to create and execute a sales growth strategy across multiple locations.
Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
Must be willing to travel throughout the U.S. and visit the corporate office twice a month.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to drive results in a fastpaced environment.
