Job Description
Your opportunity
You will support the Sales Support Team with the order taking process ensuring compliance with business policies and service excellence
How you will contribute
- Supporting customer master data ensuring timely maintenance accuracy completeness and integrity of all information.
- Supporting the order flow process from acquisition to entry gaining insights into trade terms and operational efficiency.
- Supporting the implementation and enhancement of customer servicerelated procedures processes and systems.
- Assisting in the preparation of sales and customerrelated reports providing valuable insights to the sales team and customers.
- Contributing to the preparation and of sales events.
- Other activities which may be required by the team.
Who you are
- Business Degree / Management Engineering / Marketing with outstanding scores
- Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Advanced level of English. Dutch French or Nordics languages skills will be considered as plus
- Teamwork
