About the Role
Joining our aged care rostering team you will be an experienced roster officer or roster coordinator with previous experience in rostering for inhome aged care or community care have strong customer services skills and be comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with shifting priorities.
You will be responsible for coordinating and optimising our frontline inhome aged care workforce by utilising rostering and scheduling systems and engaging with the people we support to understand and meet their needs and requirements while promoting a sustainable workforce.
This is a fulltime position which can be based anywhere within our national footprint with hybrid work from home arrangements and flexible hours based between 6:30am and 5:30pm.
