Senior Solicitor/Associate 35 PQE) Corporate FinanceReady to turn complex deals into smooth transactions
Were looking for an experienced Senior Solicitor/Associate 35 PQE) to join our marketleading Corporate Finance team in Edinburgh or Glasgow.
Youll be responsible for providing corporate and commercial advice to a range of national and international clients on M&A private equity joint ventures and general corporate work as well as being involved in complex transactions with multijurisdictional elements such as significant equity capital markets work. It involves an exciting range of work acting on deals involving companies of all sizes from large plcs to ownermanaged businesses.
Our corporate finance team has been named Corporate Law Firm of the Year for the UK at the Insider Dealmaker awards and were looking for someone who is eager to contribute to maintaining our reputation for delivering excellent service. There could be exciting promotional opportunities available for someone looking to develop their career within the firm.
