What you bring to SBHG (qualifications):
- Associate degree plus six years of experience in a mental health field OR
- Bachelors degree in a Mental Health Field plus four years of experience in a mental health field OR
- Masters degree in a Mental Health Field plus two years of experience in a mental health field
- Level 42: BBS registration as Associate Marriage Family Therapist Social Worker or Professional Clinical Counselor or Psychology Assistant; BBS licensed as LMFT LCSW LPCC or Psychologist
- Valid California Drivers License
- Meets Agency driver eligibility criteria.
How you will make a difference (job overview):
This position coordinates the care and leads the FSP team regarding service delivery based on participant voice.

- Serves Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Ages 1625
- Peer Support & Independent Living Skills Development
- Intensive Case Management Support
- Individual/Family Counseling
- Mental Health & Medication Management Support
