About the Opportunity

Were on the lookout for a Trainer with Lived Experience and Recovery journey to deliver impactful training programs shaped by reallife experience. Youll work closely with our Training and Development Manager and other subject matter experts to deliver engaging highquality learning experiences to Wellways staff and our integrated care partners. Sharing your personal lived experience and recovery storywhere appropriatewill be a key part of enriching our training content and helping others on their journey

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate lived experiencebased training sessions across the organisation
  • Complete posttraining admin using our Learning Management System (Workday)
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in lived experience working with Learning Designers to refine and improve our training content

You will also need:

  • Qualifications in vocational education a related field or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong understanding of RecoveryOriented and TraumaInformed Practices
  • A current valid Drivers Licence and ability to travel as needed
  • Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Right to Work within Australia
  • National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
