Job Title: Creative Lead (FixedTerm Contract)
Location: North London (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: Minimum 3 months
The Role:
We are seeking a talented and visionary Creative Lead to join our team on a fixedterm contract. In this role you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the creative direction of live events ensuring they align with client objectives and deliver unforgettable experiences. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams including designers producers and strategists to conceptualize pitch and execute worldclass event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop compelling creative concepts and storytelling elements for live events ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
Lead brainstorming sessions providing creative vision and direction to the internal team and external stakeholders.
Oversee the design production and of event visuals stage designs branding and multimedia content.
Work closely with event producers technical teams and vendors to bring concepts to life while maintaining creative integrity.
Present ideas and pitches to clients articulating creative strategies and justifying design decisions.
Ensure all creative assets and materials are delivered on time within budget and at the highest quality standards.
Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and new creative techniques to drive innovation in live events.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a Creative Lead Senior Designer or Art Director role within a live events agency or similar environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing creative work across experiential marketing stage design branding and digital content.
Exceptional conceptual and visual storytelling skills.
Strong leadership abilities with experience managing creative teams and collaborating with crossfunctional departments.
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite Sketch Figma) and an understanding of motion graphics and 3D rendering tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently pitch ideas to clients.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
