As a Senior Test Manager in the Managed Services Platform youll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy through and beyond. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this level include but are not limited to:

• Lead testing efforts for Oracle Financials (EBS or Cloud) specifically focusing on General Ledger SubLedger Accounting MultiCurrency Transactions Ledger Sets Chart of Accounts Consolidation and PeriodEnd Closures.

• Drive testing across Oracle workflows interfaces reports and data migrations with an emphasis on financial accuracy and compliance

• Define and enforce rigorous testing practices across SIT UAT Regulatory Testing and Parallel Run cycles.

• Manage testing metrics including defect leakage test coverage cycle times and SLA adherence.

• Ensure testing complies with internal audit policies SOX controls and regulatory mandates (e.g. IFRS Basel III GLBA).

• Manage a team of QA professionals including test managers leads and automation engineers across multiple geographies.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders including business analysts developers solution architects and project managers to ensure alignment of test strategy with business goals.

• Review and validate functional and nonfunctional test cases for banking applications including core banking finance and reporting modules.

• Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle Financials particularly GL Ledger functionality data flows journal entries reconciliations and reporting.

• Define and enforce best practices quality standards and governance processes across testing phases (SIT UAT Regression Performance Testing).

• Drive automation test optimization and usage of modern tools (e.g. Selenium ALM JIRA Tosca or equivalent).

• Monitor KPIs defect metrics and ensure timely closure of defects with quality root cause analysis.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls audit and regulatory requirements related to financial systems testing.

• Mentor and develop testing talent within the organization. Manage test data for development testing and production environments

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree

Degree Preferred: Bachelors in Computer Engineering

Required Knowledge/Skills

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

• 15 years in QA experience with strong focus on banking and financial systems.

• Minimum 9 years of banking domainheavy testing experience with Oracle Financials GL module.

• Extensive domain knowledge of core banking systems risk management treasury and financial compliance.

• Proven experience managing test delivery in banking transformation core finance migration or ERP implementation programs.

• Strong expertise in Oracle Finance (GL AP AR FA CM) Oracle Controls and Financials Cloud.

• Handson experience with Oracle functional testing for financial modules internal controls and regulatory reporting.

• Strong experience with test automation tools such as Selenium UFT Oracle Testing Suite or equivalent.

• Proficiency in SQL queries financial data validation and reconciliation testing.

• Expertise in defect tracking tools like JIRA HP ALM or similar.

• Understanding of regulatory requirements such as SOX IFRS Basel norms AML KYC and financial reporting standards.

• Experience in managing and mentoring test teams across multiple locations.

• Strong communication stakeholder management and problemsolving skills.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines DevOps testing methodologies and financial data migration testing is a plus.
