Key job responsibilities
Strategic Implementation: Design and implement largescale strategic initiatives including project plan reporting communications stakeholder engagement and change management
Partnership Management: Manage and grow strategic partnerships (e.g. employer onsite clinics direct primary care) aligning partner goals and implementing improvement strategies
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams across all levels and functions (e.g. Operations Clinical Client Success Product Marketing) to drive project
Business Performance Management: Manage project KPIs and SLAs and equip teams with tools to exceed targets in business performance
Structured Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement: Break down complex problems into manageable actions and lead improvement initiatives supporting scalability and growth

Designing and scaling new programs

The Performance Excellence team drives operational excellence and strategic growth at One Medical. We lead highimpact crossfunctional projects that shape One Medicals future. We collaborate as a team while independently leading projects that influence every aspect of care delivery.
4 years of program or project management experience
4 years of developing program strategies and plans diving and influencing senior stakeholders experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams
Experience leading largescale strategic initiatives in healthcare
4 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
4 years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
