Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction architecture and interior
design sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects contractors builders and developers.
Generate leads through networking cold calling and industry events.
Present and pitch company products to potential clients.
Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to align sales strategies.
Negotiate and close deals ensuring revenue growth.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
25 years of experience in business development sales or client management preferably in
construction real estate or building materials.
Strong network in the architecture and interior design community is a plus.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Selfmotivated and targetdriven.
Ability to travel as needed.
