Job Description

NYC Real Estate Advisor (Residential Sales)

We are seeking candidates for the role of Client Advisor: a NYC real estate aficionado who combines a passion for real estate with an insiders understanding of New Yorks dynamic market with a particular focus on new condo developments.


As a Client Advisor you play a crucial role in our success by converting buyer and seller leads into successful transactions. Your goal is to create an impactful client journey that culminates in a successful transaction with one of our thirdparty agent partners.


This position is ideal for someone who has been a real estate agent (or brokers assistant) in NYC for at least two years with experience in the Manhattan sales market. Agents with experience in onsite sales are encouraged to contact us.


The base annual salary range for this position is $70000 $95000 with total annual compensation (including incentive bonus compensation) ranging from $70000 to $175000. The base salary range takes into account a range of factors and exact compensation may vary based on skills experience training and other factors.

  • Expertly manage lead conversion through phone and email communication
  • Navigate client inquiries with agility providing informed insights concerning NYC real estate and CityRealtys services
  • Perform indepth research on clients to tailor listing recommendations
  • Manage and nurture client relationships ensuring detailed followups and interactions are documented in CRM
  • Use a methodical approach to prospecting qualifying and converting new opportunities with a focus on highquality interactions rather than volume
  • Facilitate productive initial consultations between clients and agents providing essential background and setting the stage for success
  • Maintain a close eye on the market advising buyers of new listings and offmarket opportunities
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • At least 2 years of experience in NYC real estate specifically in sales
  • Proven proficiency with CRM tools and Google Suite
  • Previous experience with online real estate lead platforms preferred (i.e. from Zillow StreetEasy
  • Proven success in strategic phone sales
