Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Human Resources Coordinator with a focus on HRIS to join our team. In this role you will be part of a highly collaborative and solutionoriented team that supports the Human Resources department in maintaining and optimizing our human resources information systems (HRIS) with a focus on ADP. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate data management supporting system functionality and assisting with various HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be detailoriented techsavvy and have experience working with ADP HR systems.

Responsibilities include:

    Act as the primary point of contact for ADP Workforce Now and other related ADP platforms.
    Maintain and update employee data in ADP ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the information.
    Support system configuration reporting and troubleshooting within the ADP platform.
    Assist with HR reporting and analytics including both standard and ad hoc reports.
    Facilitate payroll benefits onboarding and timekeeping processes using ADP.
    Conduct regular audits of HR data and recommend improvements to streamline workflows.
    Provide training and support to employees and managers on HRIS functions and selfservice tools.
    Collaborate with payroll benefits and finance teams to ensure seamless data integration and process flow.
    Help with general HR administrative duties including maintaining personnel records and supporting compliance efforts.

    Minimum Qualifications:

An Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Information Systems or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in an HR or HRIS coordinator role preferably in a midsized organization.
Handson experience with ADP with a strong preference for Workforce Now.
Strong skills in data management and reporting.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
