This role is an integral part of our sales team ensuring smooth order processing and strong coordination across departments.

- Coordinate order processing from approval to distribution and entry into the system.
- Distribute purchase orders based on stock availability.
- Collaborate with the IT team on order entry into the company portal.
- Ensure timely order clearance from the finance department and reporting to the sales team.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team and factory to address stock shortages.
- Manage dispatch coordination with relevant warehouse facilities.
- Generate and maintain reports and dashboards on wholesale orders stock availability and sales forecasts.
- Utilize order entry systems like JD Edwards.

- You have strong proficiency in order management and ERP systems (JD Edwards experience is a plus).

- You are a team player with the ability to work independently.
- You have a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
