Job Description

Develop supervise and evaluate implementation of activities experiences and mandatory services meant to achieve the objectives of the Education Talent Search project grant. Responsible for the day to day operations including monitoring the budget direct supervision of academic advisors and project secretary and establishing relationships with target school principals and counselors.

Additional Position Information:

25 Supervise and assist with recruitment of participants in compliance with federal regulations; develop experiences activities and services to meet grant objectives.

25 Serve as liaison to school principals and counselors; supervise school visits made by Academic Adviser. Evaluate progress made toward accomplishing grant objectives.

25 Monitor budget and oversee all expenditures for accuracy and as allowable and allocable according to federal regulations.

25 Overall management and reporting of progress related to the program personnel and participants.

Education:

Requires a relevant Masters degree.

Experience:

Requires a minimum of 2 years academic counseling experience with excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to develop and evaluate program activities and provide academic counseling to program participants/or prospective University students required.
