Product and Growth Manager Gotomarket and iteration for an early consumer product

We at Continua have built an AI agent that users can invite into group conversations to make planning coordination and information retrieval effortless. Its early days for this specific Continua product but we think were onto something. You can try addingto group texts to kick its tires. Were seeking a Product and Growth Manager whos energized by our mission to help us achieve productmarket fit while maintaining our fastpaced experimental mindset.
A little about us: Im David (former Google Distinguished Engineer) and our team is a fantastic bunch of accomplished engineers and researchers from Google Slack Disney and AI startups. Were pretty clued in on the technology side and have a strong vision of how the transformative technology of the last few years along with our own secret sauce (not just a ChatGPT wrapper) can help a huge number of people.
What youll do
Youll push our gotomarket strategy and refine and prioritize product development directions including:
User research: Talk to users every day conduct user interviews and refine features based on usage data we have hypotheses on our initial bullseye customers and what will be our broader set of users that you will help search through to achieve productmarketfit.
Gotomarket : Hone our user acquisition strategies across organic and paid channels including developing viral loops and conducting marketing experiments
Userfirst feature development: Help us prioritize and identify new opportunities; we have a long list of exciting directions for our product that we think our users will love
Rapid experimentation: Validate hypotheses cheaply and quickly including hacking together prototypes yourself
Analytics: Get handson with data whether its working with BigQuery proving out ideas in Colab notebooks or setting up dashboards
Competitive analysis: Extensively test similar products and help evolve our strategy in response
Who you are
Youre a technicallyminded PM with strong product and GTM intuition. Youre excited to move fast try many approaches and find features that resonate clearly with users. Youre an excellent writer and communicator who has no problem absorbing and articulating complex ideas. You have:
A strong startup mindset: Thrive in ambiguity and choosing speed over process you find and solve problems without being asked
AI industry experience: Ideally worked at an AI company and understand what successful growth looks like in this space
A technical background: Can contribute code when needed and effectively communicate with our engineering team; proficiency with SQL Python and data analysis
Were willing to compromise on years of experience for the right candidate who brings energy intelligence and a passion for our mission.
