Cherokee Analytics is seeking an Intelligence Collection Manager to support our Government client.

Intelligence Collection Manager Responsibilities Include:

• Focus on all issues pertaining to collection and production management including doctrine policy procedures oversight tactical theater and nationallevel coordination and other issues.
• Perform Intelligence Collection Management duties for routine Special Access Program (SAP) and compartmented projects operations and exercises for all intelligence disciplines.
• Assist in the development of collection plans establishes priorities for collection and routinely assists with the daytoday activities of the command collection management activities.
• Develop plan support and provide guidance assistance and have oversight on all intelligence collection and production management functions projects and activities.
• Coordinate with appropriate National Intelligence Agencies Combatant Command Joint Intelligence Centers and Service Production Centers advocating for inclusion of customer requirements in those activities standing collection and production requirements while actively assisting in analyst/collector/collection management partnership forums to support analysts on collection issues.
• Performs other jobrelated duties as assigned

Intelligence Collection Manager Experience Education Skills Abilities requested:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Minimum of 12 years of total intelligence/intelligence operations experience within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies required with five 5 years at the operational level.
• Shall serve as the subject matter expert and advise on all aspects of collection management during routine contingency special access program compartmented projects operations and exercises.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in collection management with a strong background and firsthand experience in collection management and/or intelligence reporting including doctrine policy procedures oversight tactical theater and nationallevel coordination.
• Ability to demonstrate superior proficiency in utilizing current intelligence related automation requirementsbased applications tools and databases to support collection analytical efforts and product development.
• Excellent briefing and executive level writing skills.
• Must pass preemployment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
