About Us:
At Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Salt Lake were dedicated to empowering youth from diverse backgrounds to unlock their full potential. As a Youth Mentor Staff youll play a crucial role in guiding and supporting young Club Members through their formative years making a positive impact that lasts a lifetime.
Location: Murray
Hours: Monday Friday 12:30 PM 6:30 PM
(JunAug) Summer Hours: Monday Friday 6:30 AM 6:00 PM Full Time
Your Role:
Youll serve as a mentor guide and role model to Club Members creating a supportive and engaging environment where they can learn grow and thrive. Guided by our three pillarsacademic success good character and citizenship and healthy lifestylesyoull ensure every Club Member receives the mentorship and support they need to succeed in all aspects of their lives.

Your Responsibilities:
Plan and lead daily group activities for youth ages 512 or 1318 ensuring everyone is engaged and having a blast.
Foster meaningful connections with Club Members providing mentorship guidance and support in areas such as leadership creativity physical activity and academics.
Maintain a positive and inclusive environment through active supervision encouragement and positive reinforcement.
Keep organized by maintaining accurate records and planning special events like guest speakers and field trips.
Above all prioritize safety by following all Club policies and procedures.

Age 21 and Over Preferred: This position may require driving responsibilities.
