Job Description
ABOUT US
As part of the Logistics Department we are seeking an intern to join our team in Munich. This is an international and dynamic team with a key role in Logistics in EMEA.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Freight invoice checking and approval in internal tools
- Shipping documents archiving and data checks in SAP processing different postings in SAP for goods receipts and shipments
- Support in the inbound process with 3PL companies and ocean freight carriers
- Support in different areas of logistics reporting: 3PL daily reports outbound visibility carrier performance/KPI and cost tracking
- Support in the analysis and further optimization of existing logistics processes

LANGUAGES
- Fluency in English
- Other languages will be an advantage.
LOCATION
- Munich 40 hours per week)
Your backpack is filled with
- Student in Business Administration Data Science Logistics Operations or Supply Chain Management
- Previous working experience gained through other student jobs or internships in multinational companies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Power BI is a plus
- Experience in working with SAP ERP system is a plus
