Overview
Boon has an exciting career opportunity for aRetirement Operations Retirement Operations Administrator is responsible for DaytoDay journal entries relating to retirement plan contributions and distributions.

What Youll Do
- Prepare and process daily retirement payroll contributions in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain precise record of contributions and participant distributions in compliance with established controls.
- Research attain clarification and independently resolve discrepancies of data entries to ensure system accuracy.
- Work directly with retirement plan recordkeeper(s) to resolve issues errors and concerns.
- Follow existing workflow processes identify and implement updates for process improvement.
- Generate and process monthly invoices for retirement plan clients from recordkeeping system(s).
- Perform monthly payment audits from recordkeepers to ensure accuracy and alignment with agreements.
- Demonstrate strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills to independently handle issues.
- Display logical and resultoriented approach to processes.
- Support other team members as needed upon request.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.

What Youll Need
- Bachelorsdegree (an accountingrelated major strongly preferred) or equivalent education and experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in or familiar with the employee benefits/retirement industry preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously with varying implementation schedules and service offerings.
- Effective communication skills and the ability toclearly articulate detailed information
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Expert computer skills with Microsoft Office 365(Word ExcelOutlookand PowerPoint) Smartsheets and the Internet.
