RPO Recruitments client is looking for an IR/HR Officer to join their team in Cape Town Western Cape.
This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in industrial relations and human resources practices capable of handling daytoday HR functions and resolving IR matters efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Handle employee relations and disciplinary procedures
Provide HR support across departments
Assist with recruitment onboarding and staff induction processes
Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies
Maintain HR records and documentation
Support line managers with performance management
Liaise with external stakeholders such as unions or labour departments when necessary
Requirements:
Minimum 23 years experience in an IR/HR role
Sound knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflict effectively
HR qualification or related certificate/diploma preferred
