Overview: Zarephath is a dedicated behavioral health agency specializing in supporting children and families facing behavioral health challenges. Our Respite Program offers essential temporary care within our residential homes and community settings fostering a supportive environment for children.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Shift Schedule: Overnight Friday 10pm to 8am & Saturday 10pm to 8am
• Escort children on communitybased outings educational entertaining and cultural activities.
• Safely transport children in agency vehicles.
• Collaborate with children on treatment plan objectives psychosocial skills community and family interactions and interpersonal development.
• Provide compassionate care for children aged 5 to 17 in residential settings from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• At least 1 year of experience in the behavioral health field working with youth and families.
• Valid Arizona drivers license with insurability under agency policy.
• Two negative skin TB tests or one negative blood TB test.
• Possession of a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word Excel) and Outlook.

Compensation:$17 hourly overnight
