Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Consultant with a strong background in PeopleSoft HCM systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining technical solutions in the PeopleSoft environment particularly focused on HR Payroll and Benefits modules. The candidate should demonstrate deep knowledge of PeopleSoft table structures programming techniques and data extraction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop test and maintain PeopleSoft technical components including Application Engine programs SQRs PeopleCode Component Interfaces and Integration Broker.
- Perform complex data extraction from PeopleSoft HCM Payroll and Benefits modules to support downstream systems and reporting.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within PeopleSoft.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues related to PeopleSoft applications.
- Work closely with functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies when handling sensitive employee information.
- Take complete ownership of assigned tasks and drive them to successful completion with minimal supervision.
Required Skills:
- 8 years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft technical development.
