Role: JIRA Developer/Architect (W2 Position)
Location: Dearborn MI (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months

JD:
Experience Required:
- 8 years of experience with Atlassian suite of tools primarily JIRA JSM JWM and Confluence both from configuration standpoint and customization aspect
- Configure support and maintain automation workflows permission schemes Add-ons and modules to expand the capabilities of Atlassian stack
- Build Customized dashboards for JIRA Timely and cost-effective implementation
- Expert in the implementation of Atlassian Plugins
- Experience in JIRA performance tuning database optimization and troubleshooting.
- Experience with JIRA analytics is a plus
Skills Preferred:
- 3 years of software development experience using Java and web-based architectures and technologies (XML JSON)
- Proficient experience utilizing JavaScript JSP SQL Python and other programming languages
- 5 years of experience with Agile software development
- 5 years of Product Management experience in defining strategy and roadmaps
- Collaborate closely with different working streams architects and engineers
- Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps and get things done in a rapidly changing environment
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
