The Cultivation Production planner is responsible for planning organizing and monitoring cultivation operations to ensure that plants are grown efficiently ontime and to standard to ensure timely delivery of quality product to internal customers. This role coordinates closely with cultivation postharvest drying sanitation quality assurance and supply planning to mitigate flower risk and minimize waste. The Cultivation Production Planner plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of flower from propagation to drying in production and driving continuous improvement within the supply process.
