Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Developing embedded SW and/or automation control scripts for demonstration and evaluation purposes

  • Adaptation of existing SW to specific needs

  • Functional testing of implemented SW

  • Setup maintain and operate hardware setups for Product Evaluation

  • Documentation of HW and SW for internal use and/or customer use

  • Support on implementing use cases for a specific product/specific evaluation setup

Preferred background:

Experience with:

  • Programming language Python and C/C expected

  • VHDL/Verilog expected

  • Measurement setups and soldering

  • 32bit Arm microcontrollers helpful

Knowledge of:

  • CAN SPI basic understanding

  • FPGA design basic understanding

  • Usage of lab instruments (e.g. oscilloscope function generator FPGA) basic understanding

Your Profile:

  • Student of Computer Science Electrical Engineering or Physics

  • First experience with automotive systems and able to work independently and accurately

  • Enjoys working in a hightech company cutting edge with international exposure

  • Passion to work in a multinational team capable to communicate and interact in English

  • Analytical thinking and good communication skills

Job location: Hamburg onsite

Working hours: max. 18 hrs/week
