Join our rapidly growing real estate investment firm as a Regional Property Manager overseeing a gardenstyle property with approximately 650 apartments located in PG County Maryland. Were seeking a seasoned leader with deep real estate expertise who can drive performance elevate onsite teams and enhance tenant satisfaction in a largescale residential community..
Responsibilities:
Oversee property operations across multiple states ensuring efficient management and operational excellence.
Lead support and motivate onsite staff to consistently deliver outstanding results.
Collaborate with property teams to execute effective leasing and marketing strategies.
Cultivate strong relationships with tenants vendors and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with local laws company policies and safety standards.
Manage budgets control expenses and maximize revenue across the portfolio.
Perform periodic site visits to ensure consistent quality and property upkeep.
Requirements:
Proven success in a Regional Property Manager role overseeing multiple properties.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and inspire teams.
Deep knowledge of real estate operations industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with a detailoriented approach to budgeting and reporting.
Experience with class C gardenstyle redevelopment properties.
Proficiency in Yardi property management software is required.
This position is ideal for someone who lives in the PG County area or is willing to be onsite regularly during the week.
