The Regional Sales Manager is an individual contributor role and must be able to effectively drive new revenue growth.
Identify uncover build close and implement new business opportunities within a given territory to exceed the assigned sales quota.
A thorough understanding of ABM and ability to execute at a high level while working with our marketing team.
Effectively map out SMB accounts and interface with VP and C-Level contacts.
Regularly update CRM system with the latest customer information and use customer intelligence for planning purposes
Demonstrate full sales cycle skills from research and discovery to software demonstrations to negotiation and pricing.
Manage and lead the strategy of other team members company resources and partners throughout the sales cycle
Engage with industry influencers and buyers to better understand the market trends pressures and challenges.
Utilize our multiple platforms designed to maximize your business: Gong Outreach and LinkedIn Navigator.
Accurately forecast and manage all sales activity in Salesforce
Deliver sales presentations to prospects and handle complex sales negotiations
Qualifications :
Must have at least 2 years of SaaS sales experience in the healthcare industry
3 years of B2B sales experience
Must be a hunter!
Track record of reaching and surpassing quota
Ability to properly qualify prospects and opportunity creation to maximize an efficient sales cycle
Successful experience in cold calling C-Suite prospects and engaging them in the sales process
Proven track record of selling highly complex related solutions within the healthcare industry laboratory background desired
Ability to network within the industry understand end-users pain points and engage C-level executives to determine and exceed objectives
Ability to maintain a high level of productivity manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a dynamic environment
A self-motivated and responsible individual who will represent the company with the highest level of integrity
Excellent time management communication skills decision-making human relations presentation and organization skills
Knowledge of CRM ()
