Job Description
Ecolab the global leader of premium cleaning sanitizing and maintenance products and services for the hospitality institutional andindustrial marketsis seeking aParts Coordinator. TheParts Coordinator oversees the parts management system to help support the daily of all maintenance activities within the chemical manufacturing plant. Working with the maintenance team they will maintain the parts management system and ensure that all parts and components are stocked and proper inventory is tracked to ensure the plant assets are maintained at their designed operating performance utilizing the most cost effective safe and quality driven methods possible. The Parts Coordinator also ensures effective utilization of the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) generates storeroom key performance indicators and uses continuous improvement concepts to impact overall plant safety product quality and service.

What You Will Do
- Oversee the storeroom including parts purchasing inventory control kitting parts for work orders and ordering and receiving parts
- Coordinate with maintenance to ensure parts availability for repairs
- Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy of the inventory
- Track and analyze parts usage
- Help train others on new systems and policies
- Keep up to date on obsolete technology/parts and changes in the industry
Position Details:
- Plant location: Greensboro NC
- Work week and shift: 9am6pm MondayFriday
- Compensation package offered: $25.00$30.00 / hour depending on experience
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 yearof experience in a plant manufacturing or a warehouseenvironment
- Proficiency in Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) inventory software
- No immigration sponsorship available for this role
Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift shift and carry 50lbs
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or 2 years of experience in storeroom management
- Proven work experience as Industrial Parts Coordinator or a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of machinery parts and their functions
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excellent inventory management skills
- Ability to lead and coach others
- Good communication and customer service skills
- PMC and Prometheus experience
- SAP experience
- Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel Outlook) experience
