We are seeking a Global Event Marketing Associate to help drive
engagement with strategic sellers and brands through event sponsorships
and owned & operated events. This person will manage everything from strategy to partnering closely with critical stakeholders across the organization.
What you will accomplish:
Execute against the Global Seller Development events calendar.
Produce inperson and virtual events (including third party events) from concept through completion: manage timelines workback calendars assemble project teams manage vendors source diverse speakers and audiences create event collateral and ensure teams are on track to reach goals.
Partner with other marketing functions to ensure consistent branding pre and postpromotion programs lead followup and analytics/reporting
Own management of event technology deliverables including attendee registration campaign and email builds events enablement landing pages reporting dashboards etc.
Support management of sponsored and proprietary events
Develop new event ideas concepts processes and formats ensuring consistency and creativity throughout all event touchpoints
What you will bring:
Proven track record of planning a range of events for multiple audiences in a fastpaced environment preferably at a tech or advertising company
Experience working in both digital and inperson event environments with in
depth knowledge incorporating event experiences into the buyers journey to generate demand
Experience partnering closely with sales teams to develop strategies and track metrics for events
Strong working knowledge of tech conferences and the sales landscape in the tech industry
Experience developing editing and evolving content for emails and speakers at the events
Selfstarter ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage through ambiguity.
A team player who believes in we over me. Excellent relationship building skills and a proven track record of collaborating effectively and with positivity.
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$70000 $120700Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including location skills and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired employees will be in an atwill position and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
