Your objective is to optimally promote the digital products to internal and external customers across business units of HRT ensuring efficient sales processes for GEA customers and contractors.
It is necessary that you develop good contacts with the global service sales network and also support them to proactively approach new potential customers to sell digital products.
Additional tasks:
Strategic Business Expansion: Accountability for the formulation and of comprehensive business development strategies and countryspecific sales plans for digital product offerings across all Business Units within HRT globally.
Orchestration of Digital Initiatives: Coordinate and strategically steer digital product initiatives ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and efficient resource allocation.
Digital Opportunity Cultivation: Leverage a strong digital mindset to proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within various regions for the complete digital portfolio of HRT.
Market Intelligence Provision: Furnish insightful market feedback and intelligence to the digital product management team contributing to the continuous improvement and strategic direction of product development.
Driving Excellence in Digital Implementation: Champion the adoption of best practices and spearhead the implementation of stateoftheart digital products coupled with robust KPI reporting mechanisms.
Ensuring Comprehensive Organizational Support: Guarantee that regional and country organizations receive the necessary and timely support concerning digital products from the HRT Division manufacturing facilities and relevant business units.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Educational Foundation: Possess a university degree in an engineering discipline; an MBA qualification is considered a distinct advantage.
Professional Sales Acumen: Demonstrate a minimum of three years of proven experience in the B2B sales of digital products including software applications.
Strategic Business Proficiency: Exhibit strong expertise in business development methodologies change management principles and strategic planning processes.
Global Interpersonal Capabilities: Showcase strong leadership qualities effective communication abilities and welldeveloped relationshipbuilding skills within an international business environment.
ClientCentric Global Mobility: Display a high degree of customer orientation coupled with a demonstrable willingness to undertake international business travel.
IndustrySpecific Insight (Advantageous): Possess prior experience and understanding of refrigeration technology relevant market trends and the competitive landscape within the industry.
Multilingual Communication Skills: Demonstrate fluent English language skills; proficiency in German or Dutch is considered a valuable asset.
