Whatyou would be doing:
You will be working closely with the Administrator Department Heads and the facilitys HR Director to create and manage staffing schedules and assures staffing levels are adjusted as needed to meet census and resident care needs as well as provide some clerical and communication support for the HR department.
Whatyourwork schedulewould be:
This position is a Monday Friday position working 8 hours per day 40 hours per week. Some rotation on with the manager on duty may be required as determined by the administrator.
Thesuccessfulcandidate:
Has a minimumof ahigh school diploma orequivalent.
Quickly grasps concepts and interrelatedness ofbudgets overtime andper patient day scheduling andhas the ingenuity tobe flexible and manipulate schedules as needed.
Hasstrongcommunicationskillswiththe ability to negotiate motivateand gain commitment from team members.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions (word processing graphics databases spreadsheets etc.
