TheEmbassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Downtown Pioneer Square is hiring aSenior Food and Beverage Managerto help lead the Banquet and Restaurant teams! This property boasts 15000 square feet of elevated banquet space 3 dining outlets and over 280 beautiful guest suites.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 2 years of restaurant and/or banquet leadership experience
- Fine dining and wedding/social events experience highly preferred
- Union experience a plus

What will I be doing
As a Senior Food and Beverage Manager you would be responsible for managing the daily of banquet functions and restaurant operations in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Plans and directs the administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. Implements effective controls of food beverage and labor costs. Ensures compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service. Interviews trains supervises counsels schedules and evaluates staff.

The annual salary range for this role is $78000 $82000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
