Senior Strategy Analyst

A Brief Overview
The Senior Strategy Analyst is responsible for identifying opportunities and risks to the business and identifying and proposing strategies that will improve the overall performance and profitability of the company. Will typically analyze multiple business areas with mentorship from the Strategy Directors.

What you will do

  • Lead project work to identify and frame strategic opportunities and risks in specific areas of the business
  • Identify options and implement solutions to the opportunities and risks that improve the companys performance and profitability.
  • Assist in the evaluation and acquisition of potential acquisition targets
  • Build advanced analytical frameworks to evaluate different solutions to risks and opportunities.
  • Use advanced analytical techniques for example past performance testing statistical modeling and financial modeling to ground the value of different solutions
  • Perform analysis in areas including credit pricing operations finance and overall business strategy
  • Lead the identification of customers needs and wants and guide approach to build solutions that meet or exceeds them
  • Monitor performance of a business area and tests being performed in that business area
  • Draw actionable and secondorder insight from the monitoring to find opportunities for business improvement
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field strongly preferred or equivalent relevant experience required

Experience Qualifications

  • Typically 5 years in corporate strategy management consulting investment banking corporate development business development private equity or a related field preferred

Skills and Abilities

  • Advanced financial literacy modeling valuation and analysis skills (Intermediate proficiency)
  • Advanced knowledge of analytical techniques and frameworks (Intermediate proficiency)
  • Track record of delivering improved business results (Intermediate proficiency)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction as well as function within a team environment (Intermediate proficiency)
  • Effective verbal and interpersonal skills to build relationships and all levels in the organization (Intermediate proficiency)
  • Advanced project and time management skills; specifically the ability to develop and execute project plans across teams with varied strengths in order to successfully meet corporate objectives (Intermediate proficiency)
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced constantly evolving business and work environment while handling multiple priorities (Intermediate proficiency)

The salary range for this role is $77900.00 to $155800.00. The candidates final salary offer will be based on the candidates skills education work location and experience.

A candidates compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNets corporate bonus plan.
